Welcome to The Modern Love Lab. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.themodernlovelab.com (the "Website") and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Flourish Faster LLC, DBA The Modern Love Lab ("The Modern Love Lab," "we," "us," or "our").

Some coaching programs or other services may offer installment payment plans. When you select a payment plan, you agree to make all payments according to the schedule disclosed at the time of purchase.

A payment plan divides the purchase price into installments and does not, by itself, create a recurring subscription.

4.3 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or membership that automatically renews, the renewal terms, billing frequency, and price will be disclosed before purchase.

You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription by contacting [email protected] before your next billing date unless different cancellation instructions are provided with the specific offer. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily refund amounts already paid.

If a payment fails, access to the applicable product or service may be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the product or service purchased.

Any Refund Policy or cancellation terms displayed on the applicable sales page, checkout page, purchase agreement, or otherwise provided to you before purchase are incorporated into these Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate professional-services agreement, content and coaching provided through The Modern Love Lab are educational and coaching services and are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, and results.
